Frequently asked questions

Wireless headsets offer complete flexibility: you can broadcast multiple audio feeds simultaneously (music, translation, conference) without any interference between channels. It’s also zero noise pollution, which is essential for noise-sensitive venues, indoor spaces, or late-night events. Mobility is guaranteed everywhere on site with consistent audio quality, no cables, and no dead zones.

If you’re organizing multiple activities in parallel or have acoustic constraints, wireless headsets directly solve these operational challenges.

For events under 200 people, organizers can manage autonomously up to 50 participants. Beyond 50 (max 100), we recommend engaging a technician and staff member to ensure service quality. For larger events (100+ people), on-site support is required for headset management, technical troubleshooting, and smooth operations.

2 hours maximum, the day before the event or the same day.

For events of up to 500 persons, you need between 2 to 5 m2.
For events of 1000 people and more, you need 20 m2 to store the equipment.

Our staff handle all technical issues on site. They adjust headsets or replace them immediately in case of malfunction. Backup solutions are always available to ensure uninterrupted service.

Volume is limited to approximately 90 dB. Even at maximum setting, the sound level remains safe and well below typical club or event venue levels. Feedback is impossible since that phenomenon requires a loop between microphone and speakers: our system has no speakers.

Paradoxically, headsets create more connection than traditional sound systems. The intimacy of the audio experience disinhibits participants: people sing spontaneously, dance freely, and this generates immediate group bonding. The playful, unconventional aspect of everyone wearing headsets creates instant camaraderie. It’s unifying precisely because each person experiences something both personal and collective.

Not at all. You have all the collective energy of a traditional event, with one major advantage: each participant controls their volume. The audio quality remains excellent and consistent everywhere, facilitating dancing and singing, but especially conversation. Unlike traditional events where you must leave the area to hear each other speak, here you simply lower your headset. The social experience is preserved, even enhanced.

Yes, unexpectedly so. The proximity to music via headsets facilitates initial connections between participants (bonding through sound, choosing the same channel). Then, to chat, you simply lower the volume or remove one earpiece. You move from surface-level shouting over music (“Hi, how are you?” “WHAT?” “I SAID HI!”) to real discussions, without leaving the event space. This is one of the most appreciated features at corporate events and networking occasions.

Not at all, it’s actually one of the strengths. When you remove your headset, the collective atmosphere remains intact: others continue dancing, moving, singing. The group’s energy is as much visual as auditory, so you stay within the event’s dynamic while conversing normally. This is particularly valued at corporate events where networking matters as much as entertainment: some focus on conversations, others keep their headsets and enjoy the music. Everyone creates their own experience without constraining others.

Yes, because the system reduces ambient noise by 80%. What truly disturbs neighbors at traditional events is bass frequencies at high volume. With headsets, this problem disappears: participants sing and enjoy themselves, but without traditional sound system noise pollution. Concrete result: you can organize evening events at noise-sensitive sites or extend your hours without creating neighborhood conflicts. This is particularly strategic for city center events, terraces, or venues with strict acoustic constraints.

Noizless headsets are designed to fit all head sizes with a secure, comfortable fit similar to street headphones. We’re also developing a system allowing participants to use their own headsets if preferred.

Minor cracks won’t be counted as breakage. Responsibility options vary by organizer preference:

  1. User responsibility: clearly indicate that lost/broken headsets will be reimbursed at evening’s end
  2. Organizer responsibility: only lost or out-of-order headsets will be charged

Note: Headsets only work with the Noizless system (theft deterrent).

Headsets must never get wet. You must provide protected areas (tent, etc.) dedicated to the event. If this isn’t possible, you need a Plan B or event cancellation protocol.

Participants control their experience: they can remove headsets at any time. When immersed in the atmosphere, most don’t think about it. The comfort and audio quality make extended wear natural.
