Wireless audio for corporate events

Wireless headsets for conferences and corporate events

Congresses, multilingual conferences, seminars, trade shows: since 2013, Noizless Madness has been equipping professional events with wireless headsets, from 50 to 2,500 participants, in Belgium and across Europe. Delivery, setup and an on-site technician on request.

EAU Congress (European Association of Urology), London, March 2026: 2,500 delegates equipped, 13 channels running simultaneously.

The challenge

Why sound makes or breaks a conference

In a plenary session, a seminar or a general meeting, whatever the audience fails to catch is lost. Exhibition halls reverberate, multi-purpose rooms echo, and two neighbouring sessions end up drowning each other out. As soon as the audience is international, several languages come into play as well.

With a headset, each participant gets the sound straight to the ear, free from the room’s acoustics. They pick their language or session and set their own volume, while the organiser can fit several programmes into a single space.

Event formats

Which corporate events call for wireless headsets?

01

Congresses and conferences

Plenary, keynote, live demo: each talk can have its own channel, and the audience switches from one to another without leaving their seat.

02

Simultaneous interpretation

Each language has its own channel. Participants select theirs on the headset.

03

Seminars and parallel workshops

Several workshops in the same room, each on its own channel, with no partitions and without disturbing one another.

04

Trade shows

A presentation on your stand or a demo area that stays clearly audible over the noise of the hall.

05

Site visits

Factory, building site, campus: the guide speaks into a microphone connected to a belt-pack transmitter, and the group hears them up to 50 m away, even on the move.

06

Company parties and silent disco

Several DJs playing in parallel, each guest picks their style, and the neighbours are left in peace late into the night.

Up to 13 simultaneous audio channels: 8 guaranteed throughout Europe, 5 more depending on local regulations. For the details, see our technology.

How it works

From configuration to event day

1

Configuration

Number of participants, languages, sessions, floor plan: we work out how many headsets, channels and transmitters you need.

2

Coordination

We work with your agency, your interpreters and the venue’s technical team, following the venue’s protocols.

3

Delivery and setup

The equipment arrives in flight cases, ready to use, with nothing extra to provide on site. From 100 headsets, our team handles the installation for a fully turnkey service.

4

During the event

From 100 headsets, a Noizless technician is on site from start to finish, managing the channels and answering any technical questions.

In sync with the speaker

Transmission is analogue, so the sound arrives with no perceptible delay. Interpretation stays in step with the speaker, and sound with the projected image.

8 licence-free channels across Europe

The first 8 channels use UHF bands that are licence-free throughout Europe. Outside Belgium, we check the local rules for the other 5. On the most demanding setups, we work with RF Transmission, a Belgian specialist in radio frequencies for events since 1995.

A headset built to last all day

For speech, we supply the Standard headset: lightweight, with at least 9 hours of battery life, enough for a full conference day. Full details of the headsets and transmitters are on the Equipment page.

EAU Congress, ExCeL London

European Association of Urology, London, March 2026

In the plenary hall, several operating theatres are broadcast live at the same time. Each broadcast has its own channel: delegates choose which one to follow from their seat, without the hall having to be divided up. It is the textbook case of parallel sessions, on the scale of an international congress.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the number of participants, the number of channels and the duration. Rates go down for large volumes and multiple days, starting at €2.50 excl. VAT per headset. The simulator gives you the total straight away; delivery, the technician (required from 100 headsets) and hostesses are quoted separately.

Each interpreter speaks into a microphone connected to their own transmitter, and each language has its own channel. We fine-tune the setup with your interpreters or your agency before the event. On the day, participants choose their language on the headset, with no fixed booth to install in the room.

Yes. Each session has its own channel, and the participants in each group hear only theirs. A large open space without partitions can therefore host several workshops at once. At the EAU Congress in London in March 2026, sessions were broadcast in parallel in the same plenary hall, over 13 channels.

Not for the first eight channels: they use UHF bands that are licence-free throughout Europe. The five additional channels are licence-free in Belgium and most European countries; outside Belgium, we check the local rules before the event.

The headsets arrive in flight cases, ready to hand out. For large volumes, our hostesses can take care of distribution at the reception desk, assist participants and collect the headsets at the end of the day.

The Standard headset has at least 9 hours of battery life, enough for a full day of sessions. Rental is by the day, with lower rates over several days.

Yes, from 100 headsets a Noizless technician must be present. They install and configure the system, then manage the technical side for the whole event.

In Belgium, France and across Europe, for events of 50 to 2,500 participants. Over 3,300 headsets are available in stock.

Ideally at least a month ahead, depending on the number of headsets. If your date is sooner, get in touch anyway: it all depends on the volume and our schedule.

Every time, with a mild disinfectant and antibacterial cleaning product.
